The straight-through gate valve features a compact structure, aesthetically pleasing design, and stable and reliable overall performance. The valve disc and stem utilize a flexible, movable connection, ensuring smoother opening and closing and easier operation. The valve stem also incorporates a reverse sealing structure, effectively protecting the packing seal when the valve is open, thereby improving overall sealing performance and extending the valve's service life.

The valve sealing surfaces are typically made of alloy steel or hard alloy materials. The valve disc and seat sealing surfaces are treated with iron-based alloy overlay welding or Stellite cobalt-based hard alloy overlay welding, giving them excellent wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance, while also providing good anti-scratch properties, ensuring stable operation under long-term conditions.

The valve stem surface undergoes a nitriding treatment process, further enhancing its corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The packing section uses flexible graphite material, ensuring reliable sealing performance, easy opening and closing, and low torque requirements. The straight-through gate valve can also be equipped with various pipe flange standards and sealing surface types to meet different engineering needs. In terms of drive methods, in addition to conventional manual operation, it can also be configured with worm gear transmission and supports electric, pneumatic or hydraulic actuators to achieve remote control and meet the application needs of different industrial systems.
