Wafer Type Metal Hard Seal Butterfly Valve

The wafer-type metal hard-seal butterfly valve is a high-performance industrial pipeline control valve. Utilizing a metal hard-seal structure, it features high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and reliable sealing, making it suitable for harsh operating environments.

This valve has a compact structure and is lightweight. Rapid opening and closing and flow regulation are achieved through a 90° rotation of the butterfly plate. It offers advantages such as flexible operation, low flow resistance, and convenient installation.

The product design and manufacturing conform to MSS-SP-68 standards, the structural length conforms to ISO5752 Series 13, the connecting flanges conform to ANSI B16.5, and it undergoes inspection and testing according to API598 standards to ensure stable and reliable valve performance.

The valve body and sealing surfaces can be made of carbon steel, stainless steel, or alloy materials depending on the operating conditions. It is suitable for pipeline systems in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, and water treatment, and can effectively control media such as water, oil, gas, and steam.
