Class 900 1500 2500 High-Pressure Service API Swing Check Valve

The SFP series Class 900, 1500, and 2500 API Swing Check Valve features a pressure-sealed bonnet design, making it particularly suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure environments. This series of swing check valves is designed and manufactured according to BS1868 and ASME B16.34 standards, and undergoes rigorous pressure and sealing testing according to API 598 standards to ensure stable and reliable performance even under extreme conditions. The products are API 591 and TA-Luft certified, possessing excellent sealing performance and meeting environmental low-leakage standards.

The valve employs a rotary valve disc structure. When the medium flows forward, the valve disc automatically opens, ensuring smooth flow and low flow resistance. When the fluid stops or backflow occurs, the valve disc closes quickly, effectively preventing backflow and reducing impact on pipeline equipment. The pressure-sealed structure further enhances the reliability of the bonnet seal under high-pressure conditions, ensuring long-term stable operation.

To guarantee valve body quality and structural strength, all pressure-bearing castings are manufactured in our own foundry, achieving strict quality control from casting to finished product.
